Testimonianza di Yasmine Porat

Yasmine Porat e' una cittadina israeliana che il giorno 7 ottobre 2023 e' stata tenuta in ostaggio per varie ore dai miliziani di Hamas. Il video in ebraico si trova all'indirizzo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fghF54maONw.

Sembra che la Yasmine dopo essere stata rilasciata dai miliziani sia rimasta insieme ai militari di Israele, e che abbia assistito allo scontro che lei dice essersi protratto dalle 17:30 fino alle 20:30, tanto da poter fornire dettagli molto precisi sullo svolgimento del fatto.

Naturalmente non sono in grado di confermare l'esattezza della traduzione ma neppure ho ragione di dubitarne. Sottolineo in grassetto le parti che ritengo piu' importanti.

Da questa intervista si possono trarre alcune evidenze.

La prima e' che gli ostaggi sono stati trattati umanamente dai miliziani di Hamas. L'intervistatore, sorpreso di questo, le ha chiesto conferma e Yasmine ha ripetuto che nessun miliziano ha usato con loro violenza o metodi violenti.

L'evidenza piu' grave che risalta in questa intervista (e l'intervistatore lo chiede due volte) e' che gli ostaggi (11 nella casa con i miliziani piu' 5/6 distesi nel giardino davanti casa) sono stati uccisi dal fuoco incrociato. A precisa domanda Yasmine risponde che gli ostaggi sono stati indubbiamente colpiti anche dal fuoco amico.

Un altro aspetto interessante e' che la casa dove erano asserragliati ostaggi e miliziani e' stata colpita da due cannonate sparate da un carro armato israeliano. Questo potrebbe essere un motivo per cui dopo gli scontri sono stati ritrovati cadaveri carbonizzati in vari Kibbutz nelle zone prese d'assalto dai miliziani di Hamas.

Inconcepibile poi la totale assenza di forze armate e/o di polizia di Israele in tutta la zona.

Yasmin Porat: For an hour they were banging about 10 terrorists on the reinforced safe room. There were screams in Arabic and it was a very tense hour. And we felt great fear that’s indescribable. After an hour they managed to break in and they removed the four of us to a nearby house where there were already eight other additional hostages. We joined those eight and we were about 12 hostages with 40 terrorists that were guarding us. I’m keeping the story short.

Yasmin Porat: They did not abuse us. They treated us very humanely, meaning …

Yasmin Porat: Yes, by that I mean they guard us. They give us something to drink here and there. When they see we are nervous, they calm us down. It was very frightening but no one treated us violently. Luckily nothing happened to me like what I heard in the media.

Aryeh Golan: Horrible, horrific things occurred.

Yasmin Porat: True. But after two hours briefly at first there was no [Israeli] security force with us. We were the ones who called the police together with the abductors because the abductors wanted the police to arrive. Because their objective was to kidnap us to Gaza.

He starts to disrobe, he takes he calls to me and he starts to leave the house with me, under fire.
